There are tethers inside the tub area on either side of the machine. Also, the sides are high enough that most small and average size dogs won’t try to jump out.

Our self-service machines also come with a disinfectant for tub use only, not for use on pets. We kindly ask that you use the last 15 seconds of the dog wash to disinfect the tub area. After each wash, staff will clean and prepare the stations for the next paw friend. Our self-service machines have a triple filtration drainage system that prevents clogging, eliminates standing water, and keeps your pets’ paws clean during the wash. As a bonus, our dog washing machines have a contoured, non-skid platform that prevents your pet from slipping in the tub.

Yes. During your visit a QR code will be provided so you can fill out the waiver with your phone. Hard copies will be available, if needed.

Definitely! The Dog Wash will be very new to them. We recommend bringing them treats as they acclimate to the new environment. We also recommend that you try using the lower setting dryer or towels to dry. We offer unlimited microfiber towels, available at each station.

More than one dog will be allowed to be inside the self-service dog wash station. However, we kindly ask that you only wash one dog at a time inside the tub. Each dog will require a self-service dog wash purchase.

Yes, anytime a dog is not in the tub, we do ask that they stay secure to their owners. Bath time can be stressful for some dogs, while others may want to play. We try our best to only have one dog walking by at a time to avoid any greetings. Make sure to keep a hand on your paw babies in the tub or station area as dogs walk by.

The Quick Paw Wash machines are designed to be familiar to the user, along the lines of a self-service car
wash. Once you insert payment, the timer allows you to use the time you've paid for in any way that you
choose. You can switch back and forth from the selections or spend all your time on one, the choice is
yours. All the products are infused into the water stream, allowing for most dogs to be washed in a matter of minutes. The tub's weight capacity is 260 pounds.

You can use the station as long as needed for no additional cost and there is a time extension in the wash machine, if needed. The wash doesn’t start until your pup is safely/ secured in the tub.

No reservations needed. If you have an anxious or reactive pup, we ask you call in advance the day of to accommodate a time slot.

Four (4) self-service dog washing machines located in individual fenced stations. We use steps and ramps
to help get pups in the tubs and we will always give an extra hand in getting them in the tubs, if needed.

All you must do is bring your paw baby! We provide disposable aprons, shampoo/conditioners, towels,
flea and tick shampoo, pet perfume, brushes, and the use of a commercial-grade dryer with two settings,
if you choose. If you like using your own shampoo and conditioner, feel free to bring them 🙂

Please no clipping, grooming, or trimming in the stations.
